Packages

gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Api	This package provides Java APIs classes.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Db	Provides a higher level interface to TC database.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.FilterApi	This package provides filter option Java classes for text categolization tools.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Jdi	This package provides base Java classes of all Jdi operations.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Lib	This package contains TC general library classes of Configuration, Counts, and KeyValue objects.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.LoadDb	This package contains Java classes of creating HSqlDb database and loading data from flat files into database.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.MedLine	This package provides base Java classes of all MEDLINE ralated operations.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Sti	This package provides base Java classes of all Sti operations.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Stri	This package provides base Java classes of all Stri operations.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Tools	This package provides Java classes for Jdi, Sti, Stri, and Mlt.
gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Util	This package contains TC general utility classes of digit format, global variables, out, platform, and String.

This document is the API specification for the Java Text Categorization Tools, 2008 release. This API is packed in tc2008api.jar, tc2008dist.jar, and tc2008lite.tgz. There are eleven Java packages:

The packages of gov.nih.nlm.nls.tc.Api is the most useful packages for Text Categorization Tools users and should be paid more attention to. The other ten packages are uesd as supporting packages for Text Categorization Tools to work. End users may skip these ten packages.
